We do offer 24 hours emergency services to safeguard against unforeseen emergencies: Frozen Pipes, Appliances not Turned Off, Personal Property Left Behind, Forgotten Keys. Our contract and service are structured to rent your unit; that's why our homeowners see fewer charges and more rentals. Our rentals are ideal for Colorado Family Reunions because we can accomadate large groups. Many of our homeowners have stayed in the historic Beaver Lodge for a nominal charge, to avoid losing rentals, when their unit has been booked and they wish to stay in Winter Park.
Our ability to cross sell our on site activities such as sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, dog-sled rides and snowshoe tours only help to rent your unit and creates a marketing edge with our competition.
