Actix’ geo-location technology allows operators to see actual subscriber behavior using live network data without the need for GPS. Super Call Trace with geo-location is an NSM application module currently available within the Actix One suite.

Geo-location, which refers to the identification of geographic location, allows a network operator to identify the exact physical location of billions of subscriber-related events on a nationwide network.  This allows operators to understand the volume and types of traffic they are serving in each physical location and any network performance problems subscribers may be experiencing. Actix’s Super Call Trace geo-location solution uses a series of sophisticated algorithms to automatically calculate physical location that has been shown to provide exceptionally accurate, reliable results – even providing positions for in-building traffic.
