The enhanced service enables users to communicate across organizations with high definition video and audio calls - even when located behind strict corporate firewalls. The service is interoperable with equipment from a range of videoconferencing vendors – including LifeSize, Polycom, and Tandberg and also includes a high definition soft-phone provided by Arctic Connect Ltd.
