Nijmegen, August 21, 2012 – Aia Software, the Dutch provider of output management software will implement its Aia-ITP software at the Danish mortgage loan company BRFkredit.

In time, this will replace the multiple existing document solutions with one single, easy to manage system, while at the same time the business users and specialists will be able to adapt documents and drastically reduce their time to market.

In the short term, the implementation of Aia-ITP will greatly simplify both the management and the creation of documents, resulting in a more efficient use of IT expertise.

More importantly, content specialists and document managers will be able to create and edit documents themselves and be less dependent on the IT department. This will result in BRFkredit operating faster and in a more customer centred way, and be more competitive. At the same time the actual management of the system will be less labor intensive and therefore more cost efficient.

“Like BRFkredit, there will be many organizations that recognize that they spend a lot of energy managing a cluster of several document output systems that has grown more and more complex over time”, explains Christoffel Klimbie, key account manager of Aia Software. “This is very common: because many applications have a built-in output module - or because document systems are added to the pool as the result of mergers and take overs. The technical and functional management requires more knowledge, time and money. Moving to Aia-ITP means cutting costs as well as the opportunity to react faster and more flexibly whenever changes are required.”

The implementation of Aia-ITP at BRFkredit will be divided into several phases. In the first phase the focus will be to replace a discontinued system. Aia Software is delivering a solution to migrate all existing documents.

Having started at the end of June, the first phase of the implementation is expected to be finalized this autumn.
