British Telecom and Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile to Present on Latest Enterprise 2.0 Initiatives at Oracle Virtual Conference

Reading, UK– 7th October 2009

News Facts
•   On the 8th October, British Telecom and Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile (DGAC) will deliver presentations via a virtual conference showcasing the benefits of their latest Enterprise 2.0 (E2.0) initiatives, as well as explain how they expect to see E2.0 shape business moving forward.
•   British Telecom will present on its use of Oracle E2.0 to provide staff and customers with access to all applications and services via a single, customised user interface, which integrates and manages user preferences. The system streamlines business processes and enhances customer service. As such, staff no longer need to make changes to multiple applications as an alteration in one will automatically be made to related information in other applications.
•   DGAC will also showcase how it is using Oracle E2.0 to provide staff and members across multiple territories in EMEA and AsiaPac with access to all applications via a single point of network access.
•   In addition, attendees to the virtual conference will have the opportunity to understand how leading European businesses are benefiting from E2.0, speak to and network with leading E2.0 experts from Europe's leading businesses and interact directly with Oracle experts.
