John P. Murgo appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ottawa, Canada — August 12th, 2009 // BTI Systems, a global supplier of Intelligent Service Edge solutions today announced that it has appointed John P. Murgo to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

John brings strong financial management and operational leadership experience to the company. As BTI Systems continues its global growth and expansion, John will ensure BTI Systems’ financial and operations management evolves to meet the requirements of the public markets.

With over 20 years in senior executive roles, including CEO, John brings extensive global experience in high growth companies to BTI Systems.  Most recently John was EVP/CFO with Acronis, a world leader in providing advanced, scalable storage management and disaster recovery software.  Prior to that he was EVP/CFO at OpenService Inc., a leading software vendor in the Security Information/Event management market.
