CallMiner Deal with IS Solutions Analyses UK Contact Centre Conversations for Comprehensive Customer Experience Insight

Eureka Speech Analytics Delivers a Complete View of the Customer Experience by Capturing the Voice of the Customer Directly from Recordings.

LONDON – July 15, 2009 - CallMiner Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CallMiner, Inc, the industry leader in enterprise speech analytics, and IS Solutions Plc (LSE: ISL), a provider of software and services for public and private sector clients, today announced the companies had executed a reseller agreement to integrate speech analytics into IS Solutions’ suite of products and solutions.

“IS Solutions' aim is to expand upon our success in building business intelligence solutions for our enterprise clients by deploying a strategic product like speech analytics,” said IS Solutions’ Sales Director, Peter Kear.  “By mining customer conversations, CallMiner tracks behaviours, identifies causes and reports results to enable better customer relationships, increased retention and more productive contact centre agents.  IS Solutions believes that integrating speech analytics with existing business and website data completes the customer experience analytics puzzle, enabling us to provide comprehensive user information across all channels and resulting in superior business intelligence.”
