Three-year deal will standardise procurement processes across FTSE 100 company’s international offices

London – 23 January 2009 – BravoSolution (www.bravosolution.com), the international leader in Supply Management software and services, today announces that Compass Group is deploying the BravoSolution eSourcing platform as part of its drive to standardise internal procurement processes across its international offices. The platform will enable the food management and hospitality provider to develop greater transparency across the 60 countries it operates in, and will improve efficiencies through simplified purchasing processes.

The deal follows a tender involving five organisations and is for an initial three-year period. Compass Group, which makes food and non-food purchases in the region of £4 billion a year, will receive ongoing support and training from BravoSolution throughout the three-year term.

As well as cost savings, Compass Group expects BravoSolution’s bespoke suite of consolidated tools to provide tangible improvements in both the quality of procurement processes and visibility across its sites in each country. The eSourcing platform will also provide requirements and specifications for each tender globally, as well as contract award and management.
