The KeepFactor survey will monitor the ‘health’ of office buildings and other facilities by surveying the real customers - tenants and all other office users - to find out what services (maintenance, quality of fittings, location, transport, etc. ) are ranked highly in terms of satisfaction and which areas need to be addressed. The ranking system will help landlords identify the areas that tenants consider to be the most important ‘keep factors’ so that they can be managed efficiently and effectively in order to increase customer loyalty and to retain office tenants in the long term. By combining the results of the survey with hard data about lease terms and fees, landlords are able to strategically prioritise their investment across their portfolio. KeepFactor will be launching a pilot survey in the Autumn prior to its initial deployment in the Netherlands.
