Amsterdam, Netherlands, 26 June, 2012: Derdack (www.derdack.com) today announced that the latest version of its advanced enterprise notification software, Enterprise Alert 2012, delivers enhanced remote incident management capabilities for Microsoft System Center 2012.  Enterprise Alert’s Windows Phone 7 app allows direct access to the Orchestrator component of System Center 2012 so immediate remedial action can be taken, enabling IT incidents to be resolved before they can impact on business continuity or customer service.

Enterprise Alert 2012 provides a complete framework for System Center 2012 by adding automation of notifications and communications to the management of private cloud infrastructures.  It uniquely uses a smartphone app for Windows Phone 7 to remotely access System Center 2012 allowing IT analysts to execute ‘on the go’ commands directly from the app without needing access to a system console.  This generates the most effective, rapid and complete response to IT incidents.

By automating the management of critical IT incidents, Enterprise Alert 2012 allows IT staff to manage larger facilities without increasing operational overheads, thus building greater future proof scalability and resilience into the operational infrastructure.  With high performance and throughput capabilities, Enterprise Alert helps private cloud and data center operators to meet demanding SLA commitments.  Additionally, Enterprise Alert automates inbound communications to a call centre or help desk, creating incident tickets for immediate follow up and substantially reducing the workload on the support team.

Two-way ‘smart connectors’ provide plug-and-play capabilities allowing organisations to quickly integrate Enterprise Alert with System Center 2012 and benefit from higher levels of business continuity and customer service allied to greater cost efficiency and operational excellence.  Enterprise Alert is proven in data centre and network operating centre (NOC) environments to significantly reduce costs and improve efficiency through advanced management of notifications whilst improving mobility for IT service staff and analysts.
