Swedish Paperboard Leader Migrates to Version 10 of StayinFront CRM

StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools, data services and eBusiness systems, today announced that Sweden’s Iggesund Paperboard AB, a member of the Holmen Group and Europe’s leading manufacturer of high quality virgin fibre paperboard for use in the packaging and graphics sectors, has decided to upgrade to its latest version, StayinFront CRM 10.  The Holmen Group is one of Europe’s largest forest industry companies; other business areas within the group include newsprint and magazine paper, sawn timber, forestry and hydro electrical power. 

Iggesund previously implemented StayinFront CRM Version 9 to enable all employees who contribute to the customer relationship experience - such as sales, marketing and management – to have accurate, up-to-date information.

“Our goal is to provide the sales force with an instrument that enables us to gather and access all sales related information in one common place,” said Ingvar Persson, IT Manager at Iggesund Paperboard. “StayinFront CRM has provided Iggesund with a single viewpoint of our customers and enabled us to consolidate our pricing structure based on direct input from our account managers. The upgrade to StayinFront CRM10 gives us an up-to-date and faster version of the system, at the same time increasing the adoption of our internal sales staff.”

StayinFront CRM 10 has an updated user interface that is easy-to-learn, user customisable and quick-to-navigate. Its fresh, contemporary appearance maximises user adoption and its use of Microsoft Smart Client technology provides the benefits of a web application while delivering the look and feel of a desktop application. Consistent with earlier versions of StayinFront CRM, Version 10 includes support for a wide variety of features, such as established workflow capabilities that parallel the manner in which an organisation already works, instead of imposing new business processes where none are needed.
