Intamac launches updates to its integrated, scalable web platform and enhanced Connected Home proposition.
Northampton, UK - JUNE 2012 - Intamac Systems Limited, the B2B Connected Home service provider, announces the release of its latest cloud platform, service enhancements and newly designed user interfaces to improve the functionality and usability of its services.
The platform is now even more capable of responding (at speed) to variations in demand whilst still maintaining the impeccable service levels that are synonymous with Intamac propositions.
John McEwan, Intamac’s Technical Director comments; “The enhancements to the Intamac cloud platform have allowed us to become even more responsive to our customer’s requirements. Significant changes can be accommodated without compromising the quality of the services offered. The improved architecture of the platform allows for the rapid development, integration and deployment of new products and propositions within an extremely scalable and reliable environment.
“The new platform enhancements in conjunction with the software services that Intamac has developed over the past 12 years provide a comprehensive and reliable package that can be rolled out to partners.”
Focus has also been placed on front-end user experience and the latest set of changes firmly support the functional aspects of the services, ensuring simple and intuitive engagement.
Easy to follow installation wizards, comprehensive tutorials and extensive help functionality make for an engaging and exceptionally straightforward user experience with the added benefit of a reduced number of support calls.
Cross platform access plays an important role, providing mobile access across many platforms. Increasing the number of ways the service can be accessed and managed is an important step in today’s world with Intamac expecting the majority of access to be mobile in nature in the near future. The new range of mobile apps available is significant in that it adds to the “off the shelf” range of solutions available. Partners and potential partners now have even more tools at their disposal to launch Connected Home propositions.
