Communications software development company IPFX today announced availability of its Unified Communications software solutions on the Nortel CS1000 platform. This is the most cost effective and least complex Unified Communications software available on Nortel platforms with a single server.
IPFX software solutions are now available for use with Nortel systems in the United Kingdom through BT and Redstone. The Unified Communications packages are Nortel-certified and can be installed on existing CS1000 PBXs (including upgraded Option 11 systems) or new Greenfield deployments. IPFX will be demonstrating this integration at the Nortel User Association event being held at Lords Cricket Ground on 7th October.
IPFX offers a suite of options including unified messaging and voicemail, operator console, presence, mobility applications, contact centre, interactive voice response and collaboration on a single-server platform.
IPFX software is developed specifically for small and mid-sized companies. As a result, IPFX is much simpler to install, easier to manage, and has a better return on investment compared to more complex alternatives on the market. Based on real customer analysis, costs for installation and managing multi-server solutions cost at least twice as much over a five year period than IPFX solutions. With only one server required, compared with six or more for other solutions, IPFX is also the greener choice.
IPFX has led the Unified Communications and Contact Centre technology market for 15 years. IPFX software has consistently expanded its software offerings, starting on NEC PBXs for the Australian and New Zealand markets, and then porting to Cisco’s Call Manager in 2000.
