London – May 15th 2012 – Skyscape Cloud Services Limited, the easy to adopt, easy to use and easy to leave Assured Cloud Services Company, today announced that it has achieved certification to ISO27001:2005, the global Information Security Management System standard.

With information security and effective process management being at the heart of the Company, certification was completed in a little over four months, with the LRQA Assessment Team identifying no non-conformances or observations. Skyscape’s management systems were thoroughly assessed and certified to ISO 27001 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), the leading UKAS accredited business assurance company.

Skyscape’s Information Security Management System provides an effective method of identifying, classifying and ensuring appropriate protection for all information under the Company’s control.

Skyscape’s systems and processes are already assessed by external organisations, including G-Cloud PGAs (Pan Government Accreditors) and client SIROs (Senior Information Risk Officers), and will now additionally be subject to frequent on-going ISO27001:2005 assessments by LRQA.
