Improved BPO services delivering operational efficiency and benefits to customers
Cordys, a leading provider of software for business process innovation, and ICT consulting firm Innovatec, have been selected by KMD, the leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider in Denmark, to build a Business Operations Platform (BOP) between the company’s front-end portals and back-end systems to enable it to offer streamlined BPO solutions to its customer base.
KMD, with more than 3,000 employees and a turnover of more than DKK 3 billion, is the largest Danish owned IT company. KMD aims to remain a top three IT service provider in Denmark, providing IT, BPO and consultancy services to the public and private sectors.
The Cordys Business Operations Platform allows KMD to run its BPO Service Center more efficiently and effectively, resulting in increased customer satisfaction. A higher degree of business process automation will streamline KMD’s operations and allow its Service Center to become even more scalable.
With many years’ experience of optimising complicated, labour-intensive processes, KMD has attained unique expertise when it comes to large-scale operations and optimisation of administration-intense tasks. Today, KMD carries out the complete payroll and personnel administration for around 100,000 salary earners.
KMD will use the Cordys Business Operations Platform at every stage when taking over a customer’s administrative procedures, including Cordys BPMS for workflow, Rich UI tools, Cordys Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) for important notifications, and the Cordys SOA Grid for Integration with SAP and other existing software.
