Birmingham, 27 September 2007 – Infinity CCS is celebrating two-fold after both of its nominated clients, contact centre group Teleperformance Italia and comparison site SimplySwitch, came up trumps at the CCF European Call Centre Awards. The two companies, who both use technology based around software from Infinity Contact Centre Software (CCS), both received commendations at a prize-giving ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
“We’re understandably delighted”, said Carl Adkins, Managing Director of Infinity CCS. “These awards are proof that the quality of our software really does translate across a variety of business contexts. Both companies have benefited from the flexibility and reliability of our contact centre technology, and demonstrate that good technology is absolutely key to continued business success.”
SimplySwitch, the leading household bills comparison service, was the only company to be highly commended in the Best Small Call Centre category. Large Italian contact centre group, Teleperformance Italia, was the only company to be commended in the Best Virtual Call Centre category.
As a newly formed company, founded in June 2007, it is a particular feat that Infinity CCS has already made such an impact on the contact centre sector. Their software delivers proven modular contact centre technology designed to make call handling and performance management simple for agent and manager alike, and allows traditional room based contact centres to co-exist alongside ‘home shoring’ and outsourcing operations.
