Lotaris’ mobile and multi-channel licensing solutions enable consumer engagement in-application, facilitating mobile-appropriate business models and speedy marketplace access. The solutions also provide in-app analytics to provide real insight into user behaviour along with the ability to trigger behaviour based communications and promotions.
The successful collaboration between Digital River and Lotaris has led to an expanded relationship between the two companies. The new partnership will focus on delivering an integrated marketplace solution to more easily distribute and monetize applications. Through this partnership, Digital River customers will benefit from the ability to launch more “user-centric” business models across PC, TV, web, and mobile domains, enabling developers to quickly access new marketplaces whilst maintaining ownership of the relationship with their consumers.
“Launching services into new marketplaces is expensive and taxing for developers, requiring precious resources and complex integrations. Often resulting in missed revenue opportunities or loss of market share. Our work in this space makes it easier for software publishers to access new markets” said Robert Tibbs, Founder and CEO of Lotaris. “We are delighted to expand our relationship with Digital River, the clear leader in global-cloud commerce. Our continued close partnership will enable new revenue opportunities for software publishers around the globe and provide the basis of a new type of relationship with their users - enabling them to follow their users and to better respond to their changing behaviours.”
Digital River announced this partnership on October 01, 2012. For more details please visit the news section of
