Vodafone has been recognised by Microsoft for its unified communications solutions competency – adding to its growing list of accreditations including its Microsoft Gold Partner Status. The UC competency demonstrates Vodafone’s ability to integrate and deliver VoIP, instant messaging, voice and videoconferencing, and unified messaging to the devices and productivity tools that we use on a daily basis. 

Vodafone has already delivered a number of Unified Communications solutions that has helped customers to streamline their business processes.  For example, Cambridgeshire County Council has recently benefited from a unified communications solution which has provided over 5,000 government employees with a platform to effectively communicate, share and interact together from anywhere at anytime, enabling new forms of flexible working and significantly improving the quality of public services offered.
