Mimecast recognised for Best Value and Best for Service Excellence in legal industry awards
February 9th , 2010 – London: Mimecast®, a holistic email management company offering SaaS-based email archiving, continuity, security and policy control, has been recognised for Best Value and Best for Service Excellence by the legal industry at TheKnowList Awards 2010.
TheKnowList Best Value Award recognises a solution that presents genuine all-round value to customers in terms of efficiency, cost savings, reputation or client service. Mimecast was selected based on the flexibility, business continuity and support it provides to customers. Testimonials demonstrated that the productivity and efficiency gained through Mimecast’s unified email management minimised time spent dealing with email issues, saving substantial costs in the long term.
The Service Excellence Award acknowledges vendors for putting the client first. It recognises professionalism, knowledge and respect as essential components of excellent service. Mimecast’s customer-focused culture and values were identified as the key factors that made the organisation stand out from the rest. It was also recognised for investing heavily in developing and maintaining close customer relationships to keep them at the centre of its business.
