NetQoS Bolsters EMEA Footprint with New Network Performance Management Channel Partners
Agreements Build on Network Performance Management Company’s 80 Percent Year-Over-Year Sales Growth and Support Strategic Partnership with Cisco
Reading, UK – Oct. 16, 2007 – Network performance management specialist NetQoS® Inc. today solidified its growing presence in EMEA by partnering with nine additional network management resellers and systems integrators (SIs). NetQoS has also added sales and professional service staff to serve EMEA, signalling increased demand for the company’s NetQoS Performance Center product suite.
Since opening its first direct sales office in EMEA in January 2007, NetQoS has grown sales of its NetQoS Performance Center products by approximately 80 percent. To continue this success and support its growing client base in EMEA, NetQoS has expanded its strategic relationships with reseller and SI partners to include new alliances in Israel, Croatia, Holland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Russia.
“Our new reseller and SI partners are experts in delivering network performance management solutions to large organizations and are trusted suppliers to customers in their territories,” said Paul O’Reilly, director of sales for EMEA, NetQoS. “We look forward to working with these partners to drive adoption of our NetQoS Performance Center products amongst organisations striving to optimise application performance across their networks. And the addition of professional service and sales staff for the EMEA region furthers our ability to help customers understand and improve network and application performance.”
In addition to extending the company’s reach in EMEA, these new agreements also support the NetQoS partnership with Cisco. For instance, new NetQoS resellers Combis d.o.o. (Croatia) and Axians Netlink BV (Holland) are also Cisco Gold partners supporting Cisco’s Wide Area Application Services (WAAS) channel strategy. In July 2007, NetQoS announced that it had developed a management interface with Cisco for accurate end-to-end application response time measurement in wide area networks optimised by Cisco WAAS WAN optimisation products.
“We have seen increased interest in network performance management products in EMEA and expect this trend to continue as the demands placed on large networks continue to grow,” said Avi Sason, CTO of new NetQoS reseller Bynet Electronics Ltd., a member of the Rad Bynet Group , based in Tel Aviv, Israel. “With its innovative and scalable products, we believe NetQoS is in a strong position to capitalise on this trend by providing companies with greater visibility into their networks, as well as the tools necessary to quickly evaluate the effects of emerging technology implementations such as MPLS, WAN optimisation, and Voice over IP.”
The addition of these nine resellers/systems integrators is part of the NetQoS ongoing plan to add leading network performance management partners throughout EMEA while also expanding its direct sales and service organisation. NetQoS currently has channel support in nearly all of Europe and a large portion of Asia including Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
