Next Performance continues its European expansion and reinforces its Board of Directors
NextPerformance, an online marketing platform specialised in real-time dynamic retargeting, has announced that Mark Bradley has joined the Company’s board of directors.
Mark A. Bradley was part of the founding team at NexTag, a high-growth Silicon Valley start-up known for its popular consumer website providing price comparison shopping information. NexTag grew rapidly to over 350 employees operating in 9 countries. In 2007 Providence Equity acquired a 65% stake in NexTag at an enterprise valuation of $1.28 billion.
Mark played several key roles in Nextag’s development including President, President International, SVP Product Shopping, VP of Sales and VP of Operations, in addition to leading several acquisitions. Prior to co-founding NexTag, Mark worked within the technology sector for over 10 years, where he held executive positions at public companies in marketing, product management and business development. Mark serves on several company boards and is currently a member of the board of directors of Kennet portfolio company, AcademixDirect.
Mark brings outstanding technological, analytical and operational skills with a focus on capital efficiency to NextPerformance.
