Change Management Expert to Utilise Strong Customer and Partner Relationships to Support Company’s Explosive Growth in ECM and BPM services market
Solihull, September 16th 2009 - Oceanus, supplier of IT solutions for customer acquisition and customer service environments, today announced the appointment of David Littler as director of Oceanus Consulting. David will help to create new strategic offerings to complement Oceanus’ business. This will include progressing with the development of their Cost To Manage Index (CTMI) solution with both product and service capabilities.

David has eighteen years experience in practice leadership and a strong commercial background gained through business development, sales support, business consulting and programme management. Prior to joining Oceanus, David was nine years at Getronics, the international Information and communication technology provider, as principal business consultant.
