Oceanus Appoints New Senior Customer Support Specialist.
« Posted: October 28, 2009, 08:38:37 PM »

Solihull, October 28th 2009- Oceanus, supplier of ECM solutions for customer acquisition and customer service environments, today announced the appointment of Colin Todhunter as senior customer support specialist.  Colin has been in the IT industry for over 17 years and is a veteran in the ECM space with specific expertise in FileNet®, P8 and Imaging technologies.  Colin is the third person from Getronics UK Limited to be appointed by Oceanus in the past few months as he joins former colleagues, David Littler and Steve Lonmo. Colin was a technical consultant on customer support at Getronics for 15 years and his job involved system installation, migration and third level support.

Colin said: “I had been aware of Oceanus for sometime and was attracted by their focus on the ECM space and strong direction and leadership. Working with Oceanus gives me the opportunity to broaden my horizons in a sector that I had been working in for a great number of years. I was also impressed with the fact that they are very active in FileNet® IBM® P8 implementations which match my career aspirations. In addition, I am looking forward to getting more involved with Oceanus’s core product, Case Management Systems (CMS) and to expanding its capability. Of course a big part of my new position at Oceanus will be to use my talents to coax and mother client systems.”

Nick Rowley, managing director of Oceanus said: “Colin brings many years of support experience to the Customer Services function, with the added dimension of having carried out many software development activities.  His skills in both areas will be most valuable to the continued success of the company.”
