Telmap Navigator is pre-loaded on the BlackBerry® Curve™ 8900 smartphone
27th July 2009, Sydney, Australia: Telmap, the global leader in mobile location services, today announced that it has partnered with Optus to power personal search, mapping and navigation that will be made available on the BlackBerry® Curve™ 8900 smartphone. Business users, prosumers and consumers buying the BlackBerry® Curve™ 8900 from Optus will get Telmap Navigator pre-loaded on the device included with a 12 month licence for search, mapping and navigation as part of the package.
The BlackBerry® Curve™ 8900 will be available for $0 upfront on the $79, 24 month Business BlackBerry Cap[1].

Telmap Navigator is connected to main BlackBerry core elements like the device ‘Contacts’ allowing business users on the move to navigate to addresses and people stored in their address book.
