LBi Netrank wins online recruitment client, Careers & Jobs

London, UK, 28th August 2008 – SEO and online brand specialist LBi Netrank today announces that it has been selected by online recruitment company, Careers & Jobs, to drive traffic to their site and increase the number of registrations through a keyword based natural search campaign. LBi Netrank is also tasked with building Careers & Jobs’ search engine position and increasing online brand awareness.

Historically Careers & Jobs has relied on longtail SEO and more traditional methods of direct marketing to build customer acquisition. However, in order to succeed in an increasingly competitive space, LBi Netrank advised a short and generic keyword campaign to achieve the highest possible volume of traffic. Using LBi Netrank’s SEO consultancy services, Careers & Jobs plans to implement a natural search programme that will provide a low cost method of building customer acquisition through improving online brand positioning for a range of competitive online recruitment keywords.

Initially LBi Netrank will undertake a rigorous SEO audit of www.careers-jobs.eu to identify how the site needs to change to perform more effectively in search engines. Using i-scape, a tool that allows you to get inbound links to your website through your natural traffic, LBi Netrank will map the recruitment agency’s online landscape and enable them to understand which sites should be engaged to increase the numbers of customers and build brand reputation.

Ian Burrows, Head of Marketing at Career & Jobs said: “Digital marketing is new territory for Careers & Jobs and before embarking on such a programme we reviewed the major SEO market players. The combination of LBi Netrank’s technical know-how, account management, product offering and impressive client portfolio – we believe far out shone that of their competition. We really look forward to reaping the benefits of working with LBi Netrank and enjoying a consequent increase in business.”

Richard Astley, Account Manager, LBi Netrank said: “It is an exciting and challenging opportunity for LBi Netrank to enter into the recruitment market to support Careers & Jobs in what is a hugely competitive field. In this period of economic downturn, ROI is king so we look forward to demonstrating how SEO remains the most cost effective marketing medium.”
