Siemens Enterprise Communications and Telephonetics VIP provide the enterprise sector with voice automation portfolio

Telephonetics VIP and Siemens have extended their thriving public sector partnership to provide voice automation solutions to the enterprise sector.
Siemens has successfully partnered with Telephonetics VIP to provide voice automation solutions to the public sector for over 5 years. Responding to increasing demand for voice automation in the private sector, Siemens has added Telephonetics VIP’s voice automation technology to its enterprise communications solutions portfolio.
Siemens will supply Enterprise customers with both packaged voice automation on the Telephonetics VIP SEMAP+ platform, and customised voice automation systems using
Telephonetics VIP virtual agents in conjunction with Siemens HiPath ProCenter.
The Telephonetics VIP SEMAP+ platform is scalable, offers resilience and integrates with Siemens HiPath. Enabling businesses to implement voice automation quickly and cost effectively, the packaged solutions available on the SEMAP+ platform provide low administration and integration requirements.
