This market is growing fast as more and more companies are realising the benefits of implementing such a solution. John brings a strong skill set and perspective to our strategy in this market place, and I am sure his experience and determination will be a real asset to driving our business forward.” comments Mark Kemp, Director of Client Services at OpenSymmetry.
John Stuart adds: “OpenSymmetry is the only independent consulting company that’s entirely focused on implementing SPM solutions and helping businesses to manage the design, administration, reporting and modelling of their incentive programmes. We are already working with companies such as Barclays and HSBC and I look forward to helping OpenSymmetry build on the massive growth potential in this particular market.”
