Top Management Consultancy A.T. Kearney and Les Échos Recognize Streamezzo in the Small to Midsize Enterprise Category

Paris, France, 17 November, 2008 – Streamezzo (www.streamezzo.com), creators of the Universal Software Platform™ that overcomes mobile industry fragmentation and dramatically simplifies mobile service development, today announced that leading management consulting firm A.T. Kearney and Les Échos, the first daily French financial newspaper, have awarded the organization Best Innovator 2008 in the Small to Midsize Enterprise Category.  Today’s announcement follows on the heels of a series of recent award wins for Streamezzo, including the Red Herring 100 Europe award in April and Product of the Year honors from TMC in June.

The Best Innovator study benchmarks the Innovation Management organizations and capabilities of leading North American and European companies. To date, over 700 leading European companies from all industries have participated.  This year’s study focused on the “how to” of innovation as well as the trend topic of “Open Innovation/Externalization of Innovation” in the context of a global marketplace.  Companies are judged on innovative approaches within the business unit.

“As a leading provider of software infrastructure that powers the Mobile Internet, we are honored to receive this prestigious award recognizing our foremost commitment to innovative products and services,” said Pierre-Emmanuel Struyven, CEO of Streamezzo. “Whether it be solving the technological hurdles in the rich media space or satisfying our customers through ubiquitous, high-performance Mobile Internet services, this accolade solidifies Streamezzo’s reputation as a true mobile industry pioneer.”

Streamezzo’s universal Rich Media Technologies overcome the myriad technology issues and industry fragmentation that have thwarted mobile innovation and slowed the adoption of enhanced mobile services.  Streamezzo solves these limitations with an innovative client/server architecture that operates at a layer above the chaos and complexities associated with operating systems and handsets.  Streamezzo’s platform is certified on hundreds of mobile devices and supports all major operating systems/platforms, including: Windows Mobile®, Symbian® , Brew® , Java®, Linux®, RIM, iPhone and Android™.
