Network access specialist The Kenton Group, today announced the appointment of Vicki Meacham as its new Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in a wide range of sectors from financial services, manufacturing and HR, Vicki comes as the company continues to strengthen its business operations.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the new role will see Vicki provide operational and programmatic support, as well as developing performance measures that are aligned with the company’s strategic direction. Vicki will also be responsible for managing the implementation of budgetary and business plans, while engaging in auditing and investment opportunities.

Vicki will head up a team which will manage all of the financial aspects of The Kenton Group including ensuring adequate controls are in place to allow the company to continue to grow. Prior to her role at The Kenton Group, Vicki held senior roles at BAS Components Ltd and Crest Packaging Plc.

Vicki added: “I am a strong believer in finance departments being able to add value to a business by not only providing information in a timely manner, but also being proactive in its role, as well as providing the strong controls to grow the business.”

In addition to appointing Vicki as the new CFO, The Kenton Group continues to expand in all areas and has brought in new recruits across the business, including new customer services and sales order processing managers, a project manager and field support engineer.
