TIM CTO to Join Industry Leaders for TM Forum Regional Spotlight in Sao Paulo, Brazil to Explore Saturated Latin American Markets

Mauricio Cascão, to debate business transformation in Latin America on October 13, 2009 at this year’s
TM Forum Regional Summit in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Held alongside
Futurecom 2009 at the
Transamerica Expo Center, the summit will discuss service management and operational strategies affecting profitability in the region, and key investment priorities for driving business success.
Drawing on observations and lessons learned from TM Forum’s 700-strong corporate membership, the Regional Summit will look at Latin America’s saturated markets, and examine new business models to add value, deliver exceptional customer experience and reduce customer churn. Participants will also focus on the growing competition between telecom and cable companies in the region, all seeking to win triple- and quad-play consumers.
