TouchStar product suite will continue to be developed and supported in the UK
Manchester based reseller Telecom Applications, trading as TouchStar Call Centre Software, is poised to benefit from Noble Systems’ acquisition of certain assets from Denver based TouchStar Software Corporation. TouchStar CCS has been the exclusive reseller of the TouchStar suite of products for five years – in which time the company has experienced remarkable growth. The acquisition will provide TouchStar users with the further experience and resources provided through Noble’s enterprise level call centre presence.
The UK based concern, fresh from their nomination as a finalist at the National Business Awards, will continue to support the TouchStar product suite in the UK and is currently in the process of establishing new London-based offices. The TouchStar brand will be retained globally as part of Noble’s solution portfolio.
Colin Chave, General Manager of Noble Systems EMEA stated: “Telecom Applications and TouchStar Call Centre Software have been the successful resellers of the TouchStar product range for many years. The cornerstone of their success has been their attentive detail and overall mission to satisfy and exceed their customers’ expectations – a philosophy shared by everyone working at Noble Systems. So, with this in mind, we are delighted with the opportunity to work with them.”
David Fricker, Managing Director, TouchStar Call Centre Software added: “We have exceeded all expectations in terms of growth over the past few years. As TouchStar Corporation grew, we grew and more pertinently, our customers have grown – even in the current economic climate. We see the Noble Systems acquisition as a great opportunity to introduce further products and services to UK customers. We retain our complete independence as the exclusive UK reseller of the TouchStar product and technical support will remain the same or even improve with the added resources we can now call upon.”
TouchStar CCS will announce further details to customers at their annual User Group Conference at the Hilton Hotel, Manchester on Thursday 8th October.
