- Adrian Lacey puts team in place to begin UK expansion -

02 February 2009 - Tremor Media, the leading global online video advertising network, has announced the appointment of three key members of staff in its London office. Richard Hicks (National Sales Manager), Steve Dorey (Publisher Development Director) and Imogen Littlejohns (Account Manager) will join UK managing director Adrian Lacey at the company with immediate effect.

The appointments represent a significant development for the organisation which launched in the UK in December 2008. Tremor Media is one of the top four video advertising networks in the USA (1) and opened its London office as part of an ambitious growth strategy for Europe. Lacey was brought into the organisation from advertising behavioural targeting specialists TACODA, and has begun assembling a team that is tasked with making significant inroads into the online video advertising market.

Adrian Lacey, UK managing director comments, “This is a critical period for Tremor UK. We have the support, technology and expertise of a much larger organisation and I believe we have a compelling service to offer to prospective clients. Therefore, it has been vital for me to assemble key strategic employees as quickly as possible so we can take our message out to the market and start winning business. I am confident that the team I have started to assemble will be capable of delivering on some tough targets and making Tremor a success in the UK. Richard Hicks – Richard takes on the role of National Sales Manager having held several sales positions at organisations including Videoegg and E-Type. Richard will be responsible building relationships with TV, VOD and Online buying teams and appeared last year in 30 people under 30 to watch in the Media business.

Steve Dorey – Steve joins Tremor as Publisher Development Director tasked with establishing Tremor’s publisher network in the UK. Steve joins Tremor from Hapax Ltd and has worked in online business development for over 5 years, working for networks and media owners.

Imogen Littlejohns – Imogen starts at Tremor as an Account Manager and has formidable knowledge of the industry following previous employment in the online network arm of a commercial TV channel.
