BURLINGTON, Mass., 28 April, 2008 –  Veracode, provider of on-demand application security testing solutions, announced today that it has been the recipient of two 2008 SC Magazine Europe awards which recognize excellence in the information security industry.  Veracode’s SecurityReview®, the first application security testing solution available as an on-demand service, was the winner in the Best Vulnerability Assessment Solution category.  Veracode was also honoured to receive the SC Innovation Award for technology innovation in the IT security industry.

Now in its thirteenth year, these highly acclaimed and prestigious awards are designed to reward excellence and innovation in the IT security industry.  Veracode and its SecurityReview service were among more than 300 entries submitted for the SC Magazine Awards Europe.  The panel of judges included chief security officers as well as high level IT security executives.  Veracode was presented with these accolades at the SC Magazine Awards gala dinner on Tuesday 22 April, 2008 at the Hurlingham Club in London.
