Vertex Client Director Susan Yates has been elected onto the CBI North West Council following a recent meeting of members. She was informed of her success as a new regional councillor and joins the council, comprising 50 leading NW based companies, for a 3 year term.
Vertex is a leading global BPO and customer management outsourcing business providing a range of transformational service solutions within utility, financial services, public and private sectors. Susan heads up one of the company’s major central Government contracts within its public sector division.
The CBI helps create and sustain the conditions in which businesses can compete and prosper for the benefit of all. They are the premier lobbying organisation for UK businesses on national and international issues and work with the UK Government, international legislators and policymakers to help businesses compete effectively.
Commenting on her new role as a CBI regional member Susan said, “In this current climate, all businesses are challenged to be efficient and effective and to do this while meeting the needs of their customers.
