Vertex has appointed Bruce MacLeod to take on the role of Managing Director for its UK Private Sector division. He will become a member of the Vertex Executive Management team reporting directly to Vertex’s CEO Richard Graham.
He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge having led several large Business Process Outsourcing operations in the UK, South Africa, Europe and the Far East. Over the past 13 years, he has taken on the roles of Managing Director at Ventura, led the MBI team of Telecom Service Centres (TCS) and most recently took on the role of Group CEO for Merchants (part of Dimension Data).
Bruce has a corporate background gained in Banking and Finance and spent 20 years at Lloyds Bank having held various senior roles including Managing Director of the Jersey-based offshore banking team. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and Institute of Bankers.
Over the last 2 years, he has fulfilled various consulting roles encompassing business reviews, preparing strategic plans through implementation, funding and acquisition roles.
