Xchanging Deploys Cornerstone OnDemand's Talent Management Software to 8,600 Global Employees
Leading global business processing firm leverages Cornerstone’s comprehensive, SaaS-based learning and talent management suite to realign workforce
Santa Monica, Calif., December 14, 2009 –
Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. today announced that leading global business processing firm
Xchanging is deploying Cornerstone’s
integrated talent management software suite for all employees across the company’s nine global offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. This includes solutions for
learning management,
compliance,
employee performance management,
succession planning,
onboarding and
enterprise social networking.
Xchanging delivers complex, large-scale processing and technology services to blue chip customers in 42 countries. The company is investing in its talent strategy in an effort to realign its global workforce following Xchanging’s recent acquisition of Cambridge Solutions Limited and expansion into the U.S. market.
“We are a fast growing company, and we have ambitious growth objectives for the next few years. Maintaining a highly motivated, high-performing workforce will be critical to our success,” said Gillian Horton, Group Head of Learning & Development for Xchanging.
Replacing its on-premise learning management system (LMS) and manual performance management processes with Cornerstone’s full
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based suite allows Xchanging to automate key learning and employee management processes and actively develop its leadership pipelines. Taking a unified approach also helps Xchanging increase organizational efficiencies and ensure consistency across its worldwide offices.
“Cornerstone’s world-class, comprehensive system will help us maximize the effectiveness of our HR strategies,” said Horton. “The system’s global adaptability, ease of configuration and integration with our global HRIS allows us to more quickly implement the software across our offices worldwide. And because Cornerstone is a SaaS solution, we’re able to benefit from a low cost of entry, seamless upgrades, and zero customizations or hardware maintenance.”
Xchanging is deploying Cornerstone’s performance management platform this month. The company will begin implementation of the additional platforms in Q1 2010.
“Particularly in today’s market, maximizing talent investments is critical to a company’s performance and bottom line,” said Adam Miller, President and CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. “Through the use of our software, Xchanging will be able to demonstrate first-hand the business benefits of taking an integrated approach to managing and developing your people. We look forward to continuing to work with them as a trusted advisor in the coming months and ensuring the success of their learning and talent initiatives.”
