Chemplast Sanmar Limited is the flagship company of the Sanmar Group with forward and backward integration as the key.
The company has two main businesses PVC and Chlorochemicals. The synthesis that underlies the polymer chemistry of PVC manufacture is also reflective of the company's approach to business. The basic feedstock for its PVC plant, ethylene and chlorine, come from its industrial alcohol plant at Panruti and its own chloralkali facilities at Mettur and Karaikal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To take care of shift production activities.
2. maintaining all process parameters as per process requirements.
3. Carrying out hourly analysis of various process parameters.
4. Maintaining analysis and shift log records.
5. Maintaining constant vigil on all process equipments.
6. Co-ordination with maintenance department on maintenance related work.
7. maintaining good housekeeping of the work area.
8. Strictly adhering to safety rules and regulations.
