An extension of Target headquarters, Target India, located in Bangalore, focuses on systems development and support as well as business services including analytics, reporting and creative work such as graphic design and electronic media production. Job Description
1.With specific direction, produces Procurement and Installation documents for prototype new stores and/or model remodels. Manages assigned projects through implementation.
2.Coordinates documents with Minneapolis based Target India Coordinator and Assigned Store Planner in a timely manner.
3.Manages Change in assigned projects through implementation.
4.Coordinates and produces documents for prototype and project specific changes.
5.Adheres to CAD and design standards.
6.Creates and maintains accurate numerical data on prototype and/or project.
7.Develops and maintains orderly and complete files for all projects.
8.Meets all deadlines.

Desired Profile
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Accredited degree in Interior Design or Architecture
0-2 years related work experience
Good analytical skills in relation to total store space allocation & planning
High proficiency in Microstation or equivalent CAD system
Good Planning, presentation & project management skills
Ability to positively influence others and build consensus with large groups; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment
Highly motivated & committed to the development of high-quality work and personal productivity; well-developed ability to coordinate multiple projects, develop and implement schedules, and prioritize workload, desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging & constantly changing environment
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook & Access
Fluency in spoken and written English; competency with the Imperial measurement system
Able to travel internationally
