Inbound U.K/ U.S Process.
Should have atleast 6 mth. experience in Travel process.
Should posses good knowledge about any one of the CRS.
Willing to work in 24*7

Good command over English.
Listening Skills
Knowledge of World Geography
Min 6 mth Exp in Travel (Domestic or International)
Knowledge of CRS (Amadeus, World Span, Galileo etc)
Confident Voice over phone.
