Job Description
The candidates will be required to resolve queries of customers regarding ticketing/reservation/tours etc. Making Reservations on Amadeus/ Abacus/ Worldspan. Follow up with the customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience of 6 months- 1 year in travel industry. Excellent communication skills and a team player with a passion for travel. Candidates will be required to work in shifts (night shifts also). The candidate should have good geography (Indian/ World)
