Job Description Candidate should have all types of work experience of secretarial and legal work in a closely held company. The job responsibilities would include maintenance of statutory records under companies act 1956; filling all types of forms under MCA - 21; drafting of replies, agreements, letters etc; liasioning with Lawyers, ROC, Consultants and other external agencies. Candidate should be aware of compliance of companies Act, 1956 and allied Laws.
Desired Profile Candidate should have post qualification experience or NIL experience. Incase of NIL experience, candidate must have passed the CS final examination.He/She should have good written communication and interpersonal skills.
