Roles and Responsibilities: Finance and accounting knowledge,accounting
Skill & Job Requirements: Qualified C.A. with 0-4 yrs of experience Willingness to work in shifts Needs to have strong Team Leading ability Good analytical ability. Knowledge of Statutory Requirements Good knowledge of Financial Accounting and Invoicing Understanding of Client requirements Attention to detail/ Comfortable with MS Excel and number crunching High level of mental maturity and Customer Service skills Good English speaking skills

Qualification: CA
Experience: 0-1 YEARS
Skills: Contract Negotiation with Customers (Clients) Terms & conditions within the Contract and Commercials Invoicing & Collection follow up with Customer Working with the Controllership and Accounting team for Revenue Accruals in accordance with US and Indian GAAPs. Resource Optimization with SBU's including people bandwidth(seat allocation) Profit/Loss account for the particular SBU that they will be associated with. Assisting BU heads in all critical decisions; strategies having financial/ non financial impact Incentive finalization for associates working in the particular Sbu's.
