It is clear now that Informational revolution has taken place. It is not some kind of virtual talks and philosophy about nothing that we hear all the time. Internet, being the most important discovery of the informational era, provides every living person with tools he hardly could imagine and clearly realize.

Speaking closely about the wealth as a target every person would like to achieve let's draw a simple example. Consider you were born in the average or poor family which are the majority in the past and, unfortunately, in the modern world also, despite the fact that the standards of living skyrocketed and what is thought to be "average" now where the dream of the wealth even a 30 years ago. The 90-s of the last century proved to bring the new way of thinking, doing business and living. Enormous changes the mind could hardly embrace.
